A Holistic Approach
Holistic derives from the Greek "hólos," meaning "whole, entire."
The holistic approach considers a system in its entirety, rather than dividing it into its parts.
In the realm of well-being, it means taking care of the body, mind and spirit
as a single harmonious whole.
The word healthy, in turn, has deep roots in the etymology and meaning of "being whole," “being complete.” The holistic approach embraces this vision, considering the human being as a unity composed of at least three dimensions:
the physical body, the emotional body, and the spiritual body.
In many spiritual traditions, healing is a process of returning to unity.
As an ancient Eastern teaching says:
"Healing occurs when the soul remembers its song."
We are all composed of a body, a mind, a heart with feelings and a connection to something greater, however we know or call it.
Each of us also lives in society, is connected to other people through social and family circles,
possesses his own cultural and ethnic background and more.
The holistic approach is based on this "wholeness" of You.

A Constellation is a profound experience that goes beyond words.

Family Constellations are a valuable tool that sheds light on deep dynamics influencing our lives.
They help us understand and integrate aspects that manifest in various areas: from personal relationships to health, from career to personal fulfillment.
They are particularly effective in untying knots that seem to repeat cyclically, as if part of a larger tapestry.
Indeed, we are part of a story that begins long before our birth.
An invisible thread connects us to our Family System, the first and deepest of the groups we belong to. This system, often called the Family Tree, is shaped by the experiences of its members:
some joyful, others painful, but all interwoven in a continuous movement guided by profound laws.
From our Family System of Origin: parents, grandparents, siblings, etc., we inherit not only physical and biological traits through DNA but also emotions, beliefs, and sometimes destinies that do not belong to us. Out of love and an unconscious bond of family loyalty, we may find ourselves repeating patterns that no longer serve our growth and can even affect future generations.
Systemic Family Constellations offer a unique opportunity for awareness and transformation.
Through an experiential method, they allow us to explore the hidden dynamics influencing our lives, bringing healing and restoring the natural order of love within the Family System and within ourselves.
