Holistic Counseling

Soul System → A System of the Soul

An integrated approach to life and the self, combining various holistic tools to promote personal growth, inner balance, and a deep connection with oneself and the world.

Holistic Counseling is a journey of personal growth support that helps individuals gain self-awareness, understand their emotions, and recognize the dynamics that influence their lives.

It is not therapy, but rather an opportunity to explore oneself deeply, rediscovering inner resources and new possibilities for balance.

This journey is particularly useful:
- During times of transition and change, when we feel the need for guidance and clarity.
- When we seek to understand the deeper meaning of an experience we are going through.
- To break repetitive patterns that manifest in relationships, work, or other areas of life.
- To recognize and integrate the transgenerational roots of certain situations or emotions.
- To reconnect with ourselves and find harmony on our life path.

Soul System invites you to rediscover the language of the Soul, connect with your roots, and, through Systemic Family Constellations and other tools for inner growth, recognize and integrate the unconscious dynamics that influence life—fostering a sense of belonging, harmony, and freedom.

An inner journey that allows you to:

✔ Free yourself from limiting family conditioning and loyalties.
✔ Recognize your place in the world with balance and serenity.
✔ Integrate the past to live the present with greater awareness.
✔ Walk towards the future with joy and lightness.

Family, Spiritual, and Evolutionary Constellations → Individual Sessions

Family Constellations can be conducted both in group settings and in one-on-one sessions.

Even in an individual meeting, this method retains its effectiveness and depth, allowing for the exploration of personal, family, and transgenerational dynamics in a safe and supportive environment.

During the session, through guided dialogue and symbolic tools (such as objects, images, or visualizations), unconscious influences are brought to light, and inner dynamics are rebalanced.

The goal is to foster awareness, reconciliation, and harmony in various aspects of life.

When is an individual session recommended?

✔ When you prefer a more intimate and personalized journey.
✔ When you want to explore a specific theme without the presence of others.
✔ If you find it difficult to participate in a group session or need more targeted support.
✔ To integrate the insights from a group constellation with further deepening.

Tools used in individual sessions

Symbolic representation with objects → to bring inner dynamics to life.

Guided visualizations and meditations → to facilitate contact with the unconscious.

Working with emotions and limiting beliefs Aligning with New Awareness

Intuitive reading of the family tree → to connect with your Family System.

Individual Constellations offer a unique opportunity for inner transformation, helping you find your place within your family system and life with greater awareness and serenity.

Meditation Techniques

Medication and meditation.

These two words share the same etymological root: both derive from the Latin mederi, meaning to heal, to remedy, to take measures to restore balance.

This profound connection suggests that meditation is not just an act of introspection but also a genuine healing process.

If medication deals with the wounds of the body, meditation addresses the invisible wounds that reside deep within our being.

To meditate means to connect with one's emotions, with the images the unconscious holds as guardians of our personal history. In this space of listening, every forgotten fragment finds its place, and every emotion can be recognized and embraced. It is a journey into one’s inner universe, a process of reconnecting with parts of oneself that seek to be seen.

Meditation allows us to shift the center of gravity of our existence from the external to the internal and to integrate, to welcome into the heart, to allow healing to happen.

What is embraced in the heart heals and transforms.

Meditating is thus a profound act of love, an awakening process that brings us back to our most authentic essence.

Exploring Your Personal Belief System → Aligning with New Awareness

Beliefs are like lenses through which we view the world.

They influence our thoughts, actions, and perception of reality, shaping the experiences we attract. Some beliefs stem from personal experiences, while others are deeply rooted in our family history.

Most beliefs serve a functional purpose—they are valuable and necessary for our survival. However, some can be limiting, subtly shaping our lives in profound ways.

A limiting belief often manifests through recurring life patterns. For instance, someone convinced they are not capable enough may avoid new opportunities or approach them with insecurity.

This reinforces their belief, creating a self-fulfilling cycle. Similarly, a person who believes they are unworthy of love might unconsciously choose relationships that confirm this perception.

Working on your belief system allows you to recognize and transform these patterns.

The first step is to bring awareness to the beliefs that guide your life.

Through intentional inner work, it becomes possible to integrate new perspectives and possibilities. Empowering affirmations, guided meditations, Family Constellations, and other holistic tools support this transformation, making it tangible and lasting.

When a belief changes, reality begins to respond differently.

A new level of awareness opens the door to greater inner freedom, allowing you to live with more ease, trust, authenticity, and joy.

Reprocessing the 5 Emotional Wounds →

Transforming Soul Wounds into Resources

The 5 Soul Wounds, identified by Lise Bourbeau, represent deep experiences that influence the way we perceive ourselves and others.

Each wound arises from a painful emotional experience, often encountered in early childhood, leading to the creation of a mask that we unconsciously use to protect ourselves from suffering.

However, instead of freeing us, these masks condition us, making it difficult to access our authenticity and deepest essence.

The 5 Wounds and Their Protective Masks

Wound of Rejection → Mask of the Fugitive
Those who have experienced rejection tend to feel invisible or out of place. To protect themselves, they develop a tendency to withdraw, avoid confrontation, and feel like they are never enough. The fear of rejection leads them to hide or diminish their own value.

Wound of Abandonment → Mask of the Dependent
This wound manifests as the feeling of not being supported or of being left alone. Those who carry it constantly seek reassurance and tend to rely on others to feel complete.

Wound of Humiliation → Mask of the Masochist
This wound originates from being judged, ridiculed, or made to feel guilty. Those who experience it often put themselves last, sacrificing for others and neglecting their own needs. The unconscious desire to please leads them to suppress their authenticity in order to avoid further pain.

Wound of Betrayal → Mask of the Controller
This wound stems from a loss of trust in those who were supposed to provide security. As a result, the individual develops a strong need for control, struggles to delegate, and tends to be impatient. The fear of being disappointed again leads to hyper-vigilance and distrust.

Wound of Injustice → Mask of the Rigid
Born from experiences of strictness, high expectations, or lack of recognition, this wound drives individuals to seek perfection, suppress emotions, and appear strong and independent. This attitude can create emotional distance and difficulty in letting go.

Wounds as Opportunities for Growth. When we begin to recognize these wounds, we can observe the mechanisms that condition our lives and start a path of transformation. Healing these wounds requires deep self-listening, emotional awareness, and the integration of new perspectives.

Bringing healing to these wounds means embracing oneself with love, recognizing one’s own worth, and living with greater authenticity and lightness. It is a journey of reconnection with one’s essence, opening the door to inner freedom and more harmonious relationships.

Archetypes and Symbols → The Sacred Language of Ritual

Ritual is a bridge between the visible and the invisible, between the conscious and the unconscious.

Through gestures, words, and symbols, ritual speaks directly to the deepest part of us—the part that does not think in logical terms but perceives through images, emotions, and sensations.

The unconscious is like a vast archive that holds memories, beliefs, and both personal and collective experiences. It does not distinguish between past, present, and future but responds to symbols and gestures through a universal language. This is why ritual has such a deep transformative power: it does not act only on the rational mind but touches the deepest roots of our existence.

Archetypes are primordial images present in the collective unconscious, symbolic forms that represent fundamental aspects of life: the Wanderer, the Master, the Mother, the Healer, the Shadow.

Each of us carries these archetypes within, and recognizing them helps us understand who we are and what stage of our journey we are going through.

Symbols are the language of the soul.

A lit candle can represent inner light, water can symbolize the flow of emotions, and a stone may evoke stability and grounding. When we use symbols in a ritual, we are communicating directly with the unconscious, activating processes of inner transformation.

Through ritual, we can release the past, open ourselves to the new, seek guidance, and bring healing.

It doesn’t have to be something complex—even a simple gesture, performed with intention and awareness, can become a sacred and powerful act.

Ritual helps us reconnect with our essence, reminding us that we are part of a greater design, constantly evolving.

Bach Flowers and Family System

Bach Flowers are floral remedies developed by the British physician Edward Bach, designed to harmonize emotions and promote well-being. The family tree represents the structure of our ancestral origins, illustrating the connections between generations.

The experiences and beliefs lived by our ancestors can influence our current behavior and emotions, often in an unconscious way. These transgenerational influences may manifest as repetitive patterns or limiting beliefs that shape our lives.

Bach Flowers can facilitate the healing of inherited emotional wounds.

Through the conscious use of Bach Flowers, we can process the memories embedded in our family tree, fostering greater self-awareness.

To love oneself means to accept oneself fully, recognizing one's intrinsic worth and saying "yes" to oneself. By integrating Bach Flowers with the exploration of our family lineage, we can better understand the roots of our beliefs, integrate them, free ourselves from the burdens of the past, and live a more authentic and conscious life.

The Use of Sacred Herbs and Master Plants

Sacred herbs and master plants have always been fundamental tools in spiritual practices and healing traditions. Though simple and accessible to everyone, they possess an extraordinary power that goes

far beyond their physical properties. These plants are used to connect us to the wisdom of nature, fostering balance and well-being on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.

Each plant carries its own symbolic power, which deeply influences both the surrounding environment and our inner state. These plants help us connect with our essence and the energy around us, assisting in purifying spaces, protecting our energetic field, and supporting inner growth.

In many traditions, they are seen as true allies on the spiritual path, capable of teaching lessons in awareness, connection, and transformation.

Used in rituals, meditations, and natural healing practices, these plants facilitate processes of healing and awakening. Their deep connection with nature and rich symbolism allow them to support personal growth, helping us recognize and integrate the subtle energies around us. In this way, sacred plants and master herbs become indispensable allies on the journey toward awareness, evolution, and well-being.

Intuitive Interpretation of Oracles and Tarot → A Journey to Discover Yourself

These tools, rich in symbols and archetypal meanings, can help us focus on different aspects of our lives, emotions, and the situations we are experiencing. They offer an opportunity to explore our unconscious, reflect on the present, and receive insights that allow us to navigate our choices and life paths with greater awareness.

When used with intention and respect, Oracles and Tarot are not tools to determine the future,

but rather a means to bring us into a state of introspection and deep connection with our essence.

They provide insights and reflections that help us better understand ourselves, our fears, hidden desires, and untapped potential.

Elemental Connection Paths → Discover the Transformative Power of Nature’s Elements and Their Interaction with the Human Being

The Elemental Connection Paths are based on a deep understanding of the five primordial elements: Earth, Water, Air, Fire, Spirit, and on the awareness of how they influence not only the nature around us but also our inner life and balance.

Each individual is a microcosm that reflects the harmony of the elements, and maintaining this balance is essential for our well-being and growth.

- Earth represents the physical body, stability, and grounding.
- Water is linked to emotions, the unconscious, and the fluidity of experiences.
- Air is the mind, communication, breath, and awareness that allows us to understand the world around us.
- Fire embodies vitality, passion, and the inner essence that guides us toward our evolution.
- The fifth element, Spirit, represents the deepest essence of every being, the connection with the divine and the infinite. While the other elements define our physical, emotional, and mental life, Spirit is what leads us toward **awareness, purpose, and inner fulfillment.

How is your Fire?

Does it burn with passion and determination, fueling your dreams and goals? Is it the flame that guides you on your personal growth journey, pushing you toward what truly matters? Or is it dimmed, hidden behind doubts and fears? Fire represents your vitality, your inner strength, the driving force that allows you to manifest your desires and ignite transformation.

And your Water?

Is it fluid and renewing, flowing within you like a river of emotions, intuition, and creativity? Water is the reservoir of your sensitivity, your ability to listen and express what you feel. When it flows freely, it helps you connect with your emotions and find clarity in your choices.

How is your Earth?

Solid, nurturing, supporting you with its strength and stability? Are you deeply rooted in the soil of knowledge and experience? Earth is the foundation upon which you build, the security that allows you to grow and thrive. When you are well-grounded, you face life with serenity and confidence.

Where does your Wind blow?

Air, light and untamed, carries new thoughts, ideas, and inspirations into your mind. It is the breeze that encourages you to explore new horizons and soar beyond limitations. Air is your ability to see beyond the visible, to conceive the future, and to imagine new possibilities. When it flows freely, it invites you to expand your mind and unleash your creativity.

And what about Spirit? Does it resonate strongly within you, or is it suffocated by a life that doesn’t truly belong to you?

Together, these elements weave the fabric of your existence. When they are in harmony, a natural flow emerges, guiding you on the path to self-realization and happiness, helping you live in alignment with your deepest essence, in your whole power.
