The Tree as a Metaphor for the Family System
A symbolic journey for those who wish to look at their roots with greater awareness, depth, and gratitude,
through the universal symbol of the tree.
Roots, trunk, branches, fruits: each part tells something about you.
The roots speak of ancestors and inheritance.
The trunk represents the structure that supports you.
The branches tell the story of relationships.
The fruits speak of your fulfillment: you are the realized dream of your Ancestors.
Through a GUIDED MEDITATION, you will encounter your Inner Genealogical Tree,
observing the images, emotions, and memories that arise.
SYSTEMIC REPRESENTATIONS – OPEN THEMES
Each participant will have the opportunity to explore a personal theme within a respectful and conscious setting.
MEDITATION DEDICATED TO THE ANCESTORS
To integrate the experience and recognize the flow between linear time and circular time,
between personal history and belonging.
Goals
To explore one’s family history and relational dynamics through the metaphor of the tree, using guided meditation, symbolism, and reflective observation.
The workshop supports participants in connecting with their roots, their growth, and the relationships that sustain them.

What remarkable beings trees are!
If we observe an apple tree, for example, we might say that its talent is precisely to produce and share its apples.
In winter it rests, because it knows that external conditions are not favorable.
The apple tree is wise.
While it waits, it prepares its plan.
It imagines its branches covered in petals, the blossoms opening to the sun,
and then the fruit ripening.
It imagines the harvest, the hands that will pick the apples, the smiles of those who will taste them.
The apple tree knows its role.
It knows what it does and trusts the process of life. It stays in movement, it stays with what is,
and in the end it shares its talent with the world. The apple tree is intelligent.
Perhaps this is the purpose of life: to find your place, to grow, to blossom,
and to share your gift.

When setting out on a journey, it is important to define a destination — otherwise you risk going in circles.
This is the time for clarity:
defining direction, goals, desires, intentions, talents, and life paths.
Symbolically, it is a season of retreat, deep listening, and invisible regeneration.
It is the season of interiority.
SPRING – Sowing – March
This is the time of trust and enthusiasm.
Symbolically, it represents new projects, new relationships, new inner beginnings.
SUMMER – Growth, Energy, Blossoming, Expression, Sharing
What do you give to the world?
Symbolically, summer speaks of success, fulfillment, visibility, and the maturation of experience.
AUTUMN – Harvest, Reflection, Letting Go, Maturity

Through systemic representations and guided meditative moments,
you will have the opportunity to observe your relationship with food from a new perspective.
